All client information shared during the engagement is treated as confidential. An NDA is available upon request.
Includes 2 rounds of revisions per deliverable. Additional revision rounds billed at $125/hr.
This proposal is valid for 30 days from the date above. Pricing and timeline subject to change after expiry.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.
If the project is cancelled after kickoff, the deposit is non-refundable. Work completed to date will be delivered.
By signing below, both parties agree to the scope, timeline, pricing, and terms outlined in this proposal. This signed proposal constitutes a binding agreement between Prizm Solutions LLC and the client.
